Today marks a significant moment for Code Chrysalis. After eight transformative years, we are announcing the closure of our beloved B2C programs—our Foundations and Immersive bootcamps—following the completion of CC38.

Although this chapter closes, the impact and spirit of Code Chrysalis will thrive through CCLabs, our rapidly growing enterprise-focused initiative. Leveraging all we've learned and achieved, we're doubling down on our mission to empower Japanese enterprises to bring world-class software engineering capabilities in-house. Our approach combines transformative employee re-skilling with practical, hands-on software building alongside industry experts, fostering lasting innovation and skill development.

Since Yan and I started this journey, Code Chrysalis has grown far beyond our initial dreams, becoming a powerful force in Japan's software engineering education landscape. Together, we built more than just a bootcamp—we built a vibrant community and a trusted institution. We've watched our students evolve into talented engineers, product managers, and designers, changing their lives, careers, and even shaping the industry itself.

I deeply cherish the experiences and relationships we've built along the way. Code Chrysalis isn't just part of my professional life; it's a fundamental part of my personal growth and identity. I'm profoundly grateful to everyone who helped us get here—our incredible staff, families, friends, dedicated supporters, wise advisors, visionary investors, inspiring students, and our trusted B2B customers. Each of you has played a vital role in shaping our legacy.

As we look forward with excitement, we remain mindful and respectful of the significance this transition holds for many. The closure of our B2C programs leaves a meaningful space in our community, but it also marks the beginning of an exhilarating new phase for Code Chrysalis.

親愛なる皆様（友人、支援者、学生、卒業生、コミュニティの皆様）、

本日はCode Chrysalisにとって重要なお知らせがあります。このたび、8年間運営してきたB2Cプログラム（FoundationsおよびImmersiveブートキャンプ）を、CC38をもって終了することとなりました。

しかし、ひとつの章が終わる一方で、Code Chrysalisのスピリットと影響力はこれからも法人向け（B2B）事業であるCCLabsを通じて引き継がれていきます。これまで培ってきた経験と成果を存分に活かし、日本企業が世界トップクラスのソフトウェア開発能力を社内で構築できるよう、企業向けサービスにさらに注力してまいります。社員のスキルアップを促す教育プログラムに加え、現役の業界プロフェッショナルと共に実際のソフトウェア開発を行うことで、より実践的なスキルとイノベーションを育んでいきます。

Yanと私がCode Chrysalisを設立した時には想像もしなかったほど、私たちは日本のソフトウェア教育業界において大きな影響力を持つ存在となりました。私たちが作り上げてきたのは単なるブートキャンプではなく、活気あるコミュニティであり、信頼される教育機関でした。これまで多くの学生がエンジニア、プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナーとして成長し、自らの人生を変え、業界にも変化をもたらしてきました。

私にとってCode Chrysalisは単なる仕事ではなく、私自身の成長とアイデンティティの大切な一部でもあります。これまで私たちを支えてくださったスタッフ、家族、友人、支援者、アドバイザー、投資家、学生、そしてB2Bのお客様に心から感謝申し上げます。皆様一人ひとりが、私たちのレガシーを築く上で欠かせない存在でした。

今回の変化は、コミュニティの皆様にとって大きな意味を持つことを認識していますが、新たな展開に向けて私たちは非常に前向きでワクワクしています。
